Returns and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we can’t change the address. If you have any questions please email hello@sirkensingtons.com.


How long till my order ships?

We are sending out all shipments on December 14th. We’ll notify you with any delays.


What are the shipping methods?

Spice kits will be shipped via USPS.


Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. For future kits we are working on making these available in other countries.


What if my item is damaged?

If you have received a damaged product, contact hello@sirkensingtons.com with a photo of the damaged product.


Why is there oil in the Black Urfa Chili packet?

This is normal. The way these spices are processed requires a small amount of oil to draw out the rich flavors of the chili. Enjoy!

 

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

 

What type of salt is used in each of the spices?

Sea salt is used.

 

What is the allergy info?

Our products are produced in facilities that handle major allergens. While these spices are naturally free of nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat and gluten, cross contamination is always a risk. Our facilities follow stringent cleaning procedures, training and hygiene requirements for employees to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Our facilities are also audited by third party agencies to confirm that they follow strict standards to ensure food safety and quality. If you have severe allergies, we advise that you consult with your doctor before consuming our products.
